About Zenodorus orbiculatus (Keyserling, 1881)
Zenodorus orbiculatus individuals range in color from dark brown to black. They have pale markings on the carapace behind their eyes, a circular abdominal pattern with a dot at its center, and a pale band on the femur of every leg. Both females and males reach an overall body length of 8 mm (0.31 in). This species is widespread and abundant in Queensland, and scattered across the rest of Australia. Its preferred prey is ants, though it also eats other spiders and insects.
