Zemeros emesoides (first described by C. Felder & R. Felder in 1860) is a medium-sized butterfly. It has coppery orange wings, marked with orange and brown copper lines that run parallel to the wing margins. The underside of its wings displays the same pattern. The larvae of this species feed on plants of the genus Maesa, which belongs to the family Primulaceae. This species is distributed across Sumatra, Borneo, Peninsular Malaya, and Singapore.
