Zelleria hepariella is a moth species that belongs to the family Yponomeutidae. This moth is native to Europe and northern Asia Minor. Its wingspan measures between 12 and 14 millimeters. The head color of this moth ranges from reddish-brown to ochreous-whitish. The forewings are red-brown, and are sometimes suffusedly sprinkled with dark fuscous; they may also appear obscurely paler toward the dorsum. The second discal stigma is sometimes obscurely dark fuscous. The hindwings are dark grey, and are lighter toward the anterior portion. Larvae of this species are light green with a dark green dorsal line and a yellowish-brown head. Adult moths are active in flight during July or August, with the exact timing varying by location. The larvae feed on Fraxinus excelsior, Lonicera and Artemisia.
