Yucca utahensis McKelvey is a plant species in the family Asparagaceae, native to Utah, Nevada, and Arizona. This species can reach a maximum height of 10 feet (3 meters), though it is typically much smaller. Stems are sometimes procumbent, and there are often multiple stems per colony, forming colonies made up of several individual plants. Its leaves are narrow and needle-like, growing up to 70 cm long but rarely exceeding 2 cm in width, with fibers that separate along the leaf margins. Its flowers are creamy white, nodding, and bell-shaped, and it produces fruit as a dry capsule containing black seeds.
