White pubescence appears on the posterior side of the mesosoma and on the first tergite. This species occurs in the following African countries: Senegal, Burkina-Faso, Togo, Cameroon, Republic of the Congo, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Sudan, Somalia, Ethiopia, Kenya, Tanzania, Mozambique, Malawi, Zimbabwe, Angola, Botswana, Namibia, and South Africa.
