Wiseana signata is a moth species in the family Hepialidae. It was first described by Francis Walker in 1856, and is endemic to New Zealand. Male individuals have a wingspan ranging from 44 to 64 mm, while female individuals have a wingspan ranging from 58 to 75 mm. Adult moths of this species are active from October to May each year. Larvae of Wiseana signata feed on various grass species.
