Scientific name: Villa lateralis (Say, 1823). Description: Villa lateralis has yellow hair along the sides of its thorax, and its abdomen features yellow and black bands. The species has a greyish face. In some specimens, there is a faint yellow band at the base of the fourth abdominal segment, and silvery tufts on the terminal abdominal segment. Range: Villa lateralis is most commonly distributed across North America and Central America.
