About Veronica pauciramosa (Cockayne & Allan) Garn.-Jones

Veronica pauciramosa, previously known by the synonym Hebe pauciramosa, is a plant species belonging to the family Plantaginaceae. This species is endemic to the mountains of the South Island of New Zealand. It grows as an upright, evergreen shrub that reaches roughly 16 inches (40 cm) in height. It has green, spear-shaped leaves that measure 0.2 inches (6 mm) long, and produces white flowers. The taxon Hebe pauciramosa var. masoniae L.B.Moore is currently classified as the separate distinct species Veronica masoniae.
