Veronica copelandii Eastw. is a rhizomatous perennial herb. It has hairy, glandular stems that reach up to approximately 12 centimeters in height. Its hairy oval leaves grow up to 3.5 centimeters long and have smooth edges. The inflorescence takes the form of a raceme of flowers; each flower is around a centimeter across, with four deep blue or purple petals that have white bases.
