Utricularia odorata Pellegr. is a medium-sized, likely perennial carnivorous plant in the carnivorous plant genus Utricularia. This species is native to southeastern Asia, where it occurs in Cambodia, Laos, Thailand, and Vietnam, as well as to northern Australia's Northern Territory. Utricularia odorata grows as a terrestrial plant in wet grasslands at low altitudes. It was first formally described by François Pellegrin in 1920. Its specific epithet odorata comes from reports that this species produces fragrant flowers.
