About Utricularia chrysantha R.Br.

Utricularia chrysantha, commonly known as the sun bladderwort, is a medium-sized annual terrestrial carnivorous plant in the genus Utricularia. This species is endemic to southern New Guinea and Australia. As a terrestrial plant, it grows in wet grasslands or Melaleuca-Acacia savannas at low altitudes near sea level. Robert Brown originally described and published Utricularia chrysantha in 1810.
