Urophora quadrifasciata (Meigen, 1826) is a species of tephritid fruit fly that belongs to the genus Urophora within the family Tephritidae. Knapweed plants of the genus Centaurea are the usual host plants for its larvae. This association has led to the species being used for biological control of the knapweed Centaurea stoebe. Its native distribution includes Europe, Kazakhstan, North Africa, and Iran; it has been introduced to North America and Australia.
