About Tubuca flammula (Crane, 1975)
Like other fiddler crabs, male Tubuca flammula have one significantly larger claw, while females have two smaller, equal-sized claws. This species has a black carapace with two parallel white or pinkish marks running front to back near its center, plus a solid red band across the front of the carapace. Its claws are bright red-orange, and its eyes are positioned close together.
