Trimeresurus vogeli, a species in the genus Trimeresurus, is a large snake that shows clear sexual dimorphism. Males can reach a snout-to-vent length (SVL) of 0.8 meters (2.6 feet), while females grow longer, and can have a snout-to-vent length over 1.1 meters (3.6 feet). This species is native to Cambodia, Laos, Thailand, and Vietnam. Its preferred natural habitats are forest and savanna, located at altitudes ranging from 200 meters to 1,200 meters (660 feet to 3,940 feet). Trimeresurus vogeli reproduces through viviparity.
