Trichodezia albovittata, commonly called the white-striped black moth, is a moth species that belongs to the Geometridae family. Its distribution ranges from Alaska to Newfoundland and Labrador. In eastern North America, its range extends south to North Carolina, while in western North America it reaches south to northern California. This moth has a wingspan of 20 to 25 millimeters. Adult white-striped black moths are active in flight between April and September. The larvae of this species feed on plants from the Impatiens genus.
