Trichocentrum luridum (Lindl.) M.W.Chase & N.H.Williams is an orchid species. Its range extends from Mexico through portions of Central America into northern South America, and it has been recorded in Belize, Colombia, French Guiana, Guatemala, Guyana, Honduras, Mexico, Trinidad and Tobago, and Venezuela. The species was first formally described in 1823 by John Lindley under the name Oncidium luridum. It is classified within the orchid subtribe Oncidiinae.
