Tradescantia roseolens Small, commonly known by the common names longleaf spiderwort, sandhill spiderwort, and rosy spiderwort, is a threatened perennial herb. This species is endemic to the U.S. southeast coastal plain, where it is found in the states of Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, and Alabama. It grows in sandy, acidic soils within fire-dependent habitats of the southeastern United States, including sandhill and Florida scrub habitats.
