About Thorunna australis (Risbec, 1928)
This nudibranch species, Thorunna australis, shares similar shape and coloration with species in the Hypselodoris maculosa species complex, and particularly resembles Hypselodoris paradisa. The species was first described from specimens collected in New Caledonia. It has also been recorded in Japan, the Philippines, Indonesia, the Marshall Islands, and South Africa.
