About Theretra boisduvalii Bugnion, 1839
Theretra boisduvalii, first described by Bugnion in 1839, has a wingspan ranging from 85 to 110 mm. Its distribution extends from south-eastern Iran eastward to Sri Lanka, and through the highlands of the Himalaya to south-east Asia and Borneo. Individuals of this species sometimes stray into Turkey and Greece.
