Tetanolita mynesalis, commonly known as the smoky tetanolita, is a species of litter moth that belongs to the family Erebidae. Francis Walker first described this species in 1859. This moth is found in eastern North America. Its wingspan measures between 20 and 25 mm. Adult moths are active from May through November. The larvae of this species are thought to feed on dead leaves.
