Tadehagi triquetrum (L.) H.Ohashi is a flowering plant species that belongs to the family Fabaceae and the subfamily Faboideae. This species is currently divided into two subspecies, including the nominate subspecies; however, some authors classify these two taxa as separate full species. It is a shrub that can reach a maximum height of 3 meters. Its leaves grow in an alternating arrangement, and have a linear-oblong or ovate shape with a tapering tip. Its small, pale purplish flowers are arranged in raceme inflorescences. It produces hairy legume fruits. This species is widespread across all South Asian, East Asian, and Southeast Asian countries.
