Systomus orphoides (Valenciennes, 1842) is a species of cyprinid fish that is native to Southeast Asia. This species can reach a maximum standard length of 21 centimetres, which equals 8.3 inches. It is closely related to Systomus rubripinnis, and may actually be a junior synonym of that species.
