The manacled sculpin, scientifically named Synchirus gilli, is a species of marine ray-finned fish that belongs to Cottidae, the family of typical sculpins. This species can be found in the eastern Pacific Ocean, occurring along the coastline from Alaska to southern California. It reaches a maximum total length of 7 centimetres, which equals 2.8 inches. Synchirus gilli is the only known member of its genus.
