Synanthedon pictipes, commonly known as the lesser peachtree borer, is a moth species belonging to the family Sesiidae. It is distributed across the eastern half of Canada and the United States, ranging west to Minnesota in the northern part of its range and to eastern Texas in the southern part. The wingspan of adult individuals of this species measures 18 to 25 mm.
