Low's squirrel, with the scientific name Sundasciurus lowii (Thomas, 1892), is a rodent species that belongs to the squirrel family Sciuridae. This species is native to Borneo and its surrounding nearby islets, which are located within the territories of Indonesia and Malaysia. Two of its former subspecies have recently been reclassified as separate full species: S. l. robinsoni, which was originally recorded from Sumatra and the Malay Peninsula, and S. l. natunensis, which came from the Natuna Islands.
