About Staavia dodii Bolus

Staavia dodii Bolus is a perennial flowering shrub belonging to the genus Staavia. This species is endemic to the Western Cape of South Africa, where it grows in fynbos vegetation. The plant grows only in the southernmost section of the Cape Peninsula, where it is split between two subpopulations. Its entire range covers just 25 km², and the species is classified as rare.
