About Spinitibia hodgesi

Spinitibia is a genus of moths belonging to the family Autostichidae. This genus contains only a single species: Spinitibia hodgesi. Spinitibia hodgesi occurs in North America, and has specifically been recorded in the U.S. states of Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia. The forewings of this species measure 5 to 8 mm in length. Adult Spinitibia hodgesi have been documented in flight across the period from April to October.
