About Sphagnum centrale C.E.O.Jensen

Sphagnum centrale C.E.O.Jensen is a species of moss in the Sphagnaceae family. It has a cosmopolitan distribution, and is most often found in cedar swamps and similar environments. Like all other mosses in the Sphagnum subgenus, it is typically pale green. Unlike other common members of this subgenus, such as Sphagnum magellanicum, Sphagnum centrale is never red and only very rarely brown.
