About Solidago glomerata Michx.
Solidago glomerata, commonly called clustered goldenrod or skunk goldenrod, is a plant species that has only been found in the mountains of Tennessee and North Carolina in the United States. It grows in spruce woodlands and on rocky outcrops, at elevations greater than 1500 m (4500 feet). This species has fleshy, rubbery leaves, and produces yellow flower heads that grow in clusters in the axils of the leaves and at the tip of the stem.
