About Solanum heterodoxum Dunal

Solanum heterodoxum Dunal, commonly known as melonleaf nightshade, is a flowering plant species belonging to the Solanaceae family. It is native to Mexico and the U.S. state of New Mexico, and has been introduced to Bulgaria. The former variety Solanum heterodoxum var. setigeroides is currently classified as a full separate species, Solanum setigeroides, which is native to more northern regions of the United States than S. heterodoxum.
