Singularia alternaria is a species of moth that belongs to the family Pterophoridae. This moth is found in Argentina, Chile, and Ecuador. Its wingspan measures between 13 and 21 millimeters. Adult moths have been recorded in the wild between the months of October and February. The larvae of Singularia alternaria feed on three plant species: Echium plantagineum, Echium vulgare, and Malus sylvestris. The larvae feed specifically on the shoots and flowers of these plants.
