The Patagonian yellow finch, with the scientific name Sicalis lebruni (Oustalet, 1891), is a bird species belonging to the family Thraupidae. This species is found in Patagonia and Tierra del Fuego, which are located in southern Argentina and Chile. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical dry shrubland and temperate grassland. Its range covers the eastern and central regions of the southern half of Argentina. Further south, its range extends across the northern half of Tierra del Fuego, and into the adjacent extreme southern areas of Chile.
