Semioscopis aurorella, commonly known as the aurora flatbody moth, is a moth species that belongs to the family Depressariidae. This species was first described by Harrison Gray Dyar Jr. in 1902. Its range spans Canada, extending from north-central Alberta to south-eastern Ontario. It is also found south into the United States, occurring in the region between south-central New York and Wisconsin. The forewings of this moth measure 11 to 14 mm in length.
