Scotopteryx coelinaria (Graslin, 1863) is a species of moth belonging to the family Geometridae. This species is distributed across Portugal, Spain, Andorra, and the French Pyrenees. The wingspan of adult Scotopteryx coelinaria ranges from 28 to 34 mm, with a brownish ground wing colour. Adults emerge between June and July, with one new generation produced each year. Larvae of this moth have been recorded feeding on plants from the genus Genista.
