About Scoparia indistinctalis Walker, 1863
This species is Scoparia indistinctalis Walker, 1863. Its wingspan measures 23–25 mm. The forewings are white, and are finely sprinkled with blackish or dark fuscous coloring. There are faint signs of a white line before the first primary line on the forewings. The first primary line itself is indistinct, white, and has a blackish margin along its posterior edge. The second primary line is white, with an obscure dark margin. The terminal area of the forewing is suffused with blackish coloring toward the anal angle, and the subterminal line is cloudy and whitish. There is a row of blackish dots on the veins just before the hindmargin of the forewings. The hindwings are pale whitish ochreous, and are suffused with light greyish coloring. The lunule and postmedian line of the hindwings are somewhat darker, and there is a suffused dark fuscous band along the hindmargin.
