Schizaea pusilla, commonly known as the little curlygrass fern, is a fern species belonging to the family Schizaeaceae. It was first formally described in 1814 by Frederick Traugott Pursh, a German-American botanist. This species is native to the Canadian provinces of New Brunswick, Newfoundland, and Nova Scotia, the French overseas territory of Saint Pierre and Miquelon, and the U.S. states of New York, New Jersey, Delaware, and North Carolina. It is classified as endangered within the state of New York.
