Schistophleps bipuncta Hampson, 1891 has a wingspan of approximately 21 millimeters. It is an ochreous, semi-diaphanous whitish moth. Its forewings feature an indistinct antemedial rufous line, with some fuscous suffusion along the line's inner edge. Black specks are present at the center and the end of the forewing cell. The postmedial discal area is suffused with rufus. A series of indistinct submarginal streaks and marginal specks are also present. Its hindwings are hyaline, meaning they are glass-like in texture.
