The tooth-billed bowerbird, with the scientific name Scenopoeetes dentirostris (E.P.Ramsay, 1876), is a medium-sized bowerbird that measures approximately 27 centimetres (11 inches) in length. It is a stocky olive-brown species, with brown-streaked buffish white underparts, grey feet, a brown iris, and a distinctive serrated bill. The males and females have similar appearance, though the female is slightly smaller than the male. This bowerbird is endemic to the mountain forests of northeast Queensland, Australia. It feeds primarily on fruits and young leaves from forest trees.
