Sceloporus grandaevus, commonly known as the Cerralvo Island sator, is a species of lizard that reaches a maximum length of 3.2 inches. It is endemic to Cerralvo Island in the Gulf of California, Mexico. This lizard inhabits shrublands, inland cliffs, mountain peaks, and deserts within its restricted range. It occurs in vegetated areas, positioned near vegetated coastal dunes and open flats.
