Sceloporus cozumelae, commonly called the Cozumel spiny lizard, is a species of lizard that belongs to the Phrynosomatidae family. This species is endemic to Mexico. It is native to coastal regions of the Yucatán Peninsula, where it has been recorded in Yucatán, Quintana Roo, and the northernmost part of Campeche. It can also be found on the islands of Cozumel, Isla Contoy, and Isla Mujeres, and occurs from sea level up to 50 meters in elevation.
