About Ronisia barbarula (Petersen, 1988)

Ronisia barbarula is a wasp species that is classified in the family Mutillidae. Females of this species share a very similar appearance with females of the related species Ronisia ghilianii. The two can be distinguished by the shape of the white hair spot located on their heads: the spot is roundish in R. ghilianii, while it is distinctly triangular in R. barbarula.
