Rigidoporus laetus is a species of polypore fungus that belongs to the family Meripilaceae. It was first formally described in 1883 by Mordecai Cubitt Cooke, under the name Polyporus laetus. In 1988, Peter Buchanan and Leif Ryvarden reclassified the species, transferring it to the genus Rigidoporus. This fungus is found in South Australia, and it acts as a plant pathogen that causes white rot in Eucalyptus trees.
