Rhopalomyia solidaginis (Loew, 1862), commonly called the goldenrod bunch gall, is a species of gall midge, which is a type of insect belonging to the family Cecidomyiidae. The galls formed by this species develop on three host species of goldenrod: Solidago altissima, Solidago canadensis, and Solidago rugosa. Populations of this species have been recorded across eastern North America.
