About Rhododendron micranthum Turcz.

Rhododendron micranthum Turcz., commonly called zhaoshanbai in Chinese, is a species of rhododendron. It is native to China and Korea, and grows at altitudes ranging from 1,000 to 3,000 meters (3,300 to 9,800 feet). This plant is an evergreen shrub that reaches up to 2.5 meters (8.2 feet) in height. Its leaves range in shape from oblanceolate, oblong-elliptic, to lanceolate, and measure 3–4 cm by 9–12 cm. Its flowers are white.
