The eyebrowed jungle flycatcher, also scientifically called Vauriella gularis, is a bird species that belongs to the Old World flycatcher family Muscicapidae. It is endemic to elevated areas of the island of Borneo, including the Meratus Mountains. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist montane forests. It constructs open, mossy cup-shaped nests, which are typically built in epiphytes or spiny palms. This species was originally classified in the genus Rhinomyias, with the scientific name Rhinomyias gularis Sharpe, 1888. It was moved to the genus Vauriella after a 2010 molecular phylogenetic study found that Rhinomyias was polyphyletic.
