About Rapala iarbus (Fabricius, 1787)
Rapala iarbus, commonly known as the common red flash, is a species of lycaenid butterfly native to South and Southeast Asia. This is a small butterfly with a wingspan ranging from 3.3 to 4.1 centimeters. Across India, it can be found in most regions, but it is not present in the arid areas of Northwest and Northeast India.
