Pyloetis is a moth genus in the family Tineidae. This genus contains only one species: Pyloetis mimosae (Stainton, 1859). This species occurs in Asia, including the regions of Japan and Taiwan. It has a wingspan of roughly 15 millimeters. The larvae of Pyloetis mimosae feed inside the seed pods of two plant species: Leucaena leucocephala and Acacia nilotica.
