Pulchrana picturata, commonly called the spotted stream frog, is a species of frog in the family Ranidae. This species is endemic to Borneo, where it occurs in Brunei, Indonesia, and Malaysia. In its broad taxonomic sense, Pulchrana picturata includes populations from the Malay Peninsula and Sumatra that are currently classified as Pulchrana sundabarat. It is a riparian species that lives in lowland forests, where individuals are found alongside streams or small rivers. Males are typically heard calling from stream banks, within root tangles, rock overhangs or crevices, or while perched on low vegetation, rocks, logs or broken branches.
