Pteroxanium kelloggi is a species of bark louse that belongs to the Lepidopsocidae family, within the order Psocoptera. This species can be found in France, Great Britain, Ireland, and Madeira. Its body is brownish-orange with white spots, and it bears a close resemblance to Cerobasis guestfalica. Pteroxanium kelloggi feeds on ash, cedar, gorse, ivy, larch, oak, pine, yew, and rhododendrons. In addition to occurring on these host plants, the species can be found on decaying fence-posts, foxglove seed-heads, under logs, and within leaf litter.
