Pteris ensiformis Burm. is a plant species of the genus Pteris in the family Pteridaceae. It is commonly known as slender brake, silver lace fern, sword brake fern, or slender brake fern. This species is found in Asia and the Pacific. It is cultivated as an ornamental plant for tropical and subtropical climate gardens, and also grown as a house plant. Known cultivars of Pteris ensiformis are 'Victoriae', commonly called the Victoria fern, and 'Evergemiensis'.
